By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or communicating with us via phone, email, or SMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Riviera Pool Service provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, chemical balancing, and repair services to residential and commercial customers in the Greater Orlando, FL area including Davenport, Clermont, Kissimmee, and surrounding regions.
Services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service at our sole discretion. Specific service details, pricing, and frequency will be agreed upon prior to commencement of service.
SMS & Text Message Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS and MMS communications from Riviera Pool Service, including appointment reminders, service notifications, quotes, and promotional messages.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. To resume, reply START.

Your phone number and SMS consent will never be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled in advance. We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of the service agreement.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduling changes due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of each service visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service.
Recurring service plans are billed on a monthly or per-visit basis as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur fees. We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding balances.
Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your pool and surrounding areas on scheduled service days. Riviera Pool Service is not responsible for delays or missed visits caused by restricted access, aggressive animals, locked gates, or other conditions beyond our control.
You represent that you have the authority to authorize service on the property listed.
Limitation of Liability
Riviera Pool Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for pre-existing pool conditions, damage caused by improper use by the customer, acts of God, or issues outside the scope of the agreed service.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Riviera Pool Service and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
